CITY OF SALEM CONSTRUCTION MANAGER/GENERAL CONTRACTOR (CM/GC) SERVICES FOR THE ASR IMPROVEMENTS AT WOODMANSEE PARK PROJECT Proposals due: June 2, 2020 @ 2:00 pm REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) NO. #190152 The Contracts and Procurement Manager of the City of Salem on behalf of the City of Salem (Owner) will receive sealed Proposals from Proposers interested in acting as a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) and providing services and performing Work related to the Aquifer Storage and Recovery (ASR) Improvements at Woodmansee Park Project (Project). This procurement is conducted in accordance with model rules adopted by the Attorney General under Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) 279A.065 (3). WORK DESCRIPTION: Construction of improvements to the existing ASR System and Woodmansee Park will include: — Water treatment. — Expansion of aquifer storage and recovery groundwater well systems. — Water transmission mains; both within and outside of Woodmansee Park. — Operational control systems for new, and enhancements to existing, facilities and equipment. — Recreational improvements at Woodmansee Park. Improvements will be constructed within the approved budget and according to the approved project schedule. One (1) signed (preferably signed in blue ink) original Proposal and seven (7) additional copies plus one PDF copy of the Proposal on a flash drive shall be submitted in a sealed envelope or other delivery container (Fee Proposals must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope from the main RFP hardcopies) and addressed to Shawna Self, Contracts and Procurement Manager, Contracts and Procurement Division, 555 Liberty Street SE, Room 330, Salem, Oregon 97301, until, but not after 2:00 p.m. (local time) June 2, 2020. The envelope or delivery container shall be plainly marked with the Project Name, Proposal Number, name and address of Proposer, and the notation PROPOSAL ENCLOSED
