NOTICE OF POTENTIAL ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY The City of Lake Oswego has received an annexation petition for one parcel which is located within the Urban Service Boundary of the City of Lake Oswego. The parcel is located at: 900 Atwater Road (21E04DA00300) The Lake Oswego City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 2, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. to consider this annexation petition and proposed ordinance, including the zoning designation for the parcel. Due to COVID-19 and Executive Orders issued by Governor Brown, city facilities are currently closed to the public. Restrictions due to COVID-19 change daily. If city facilities remain closed, meetings will be held virtually with opportunities for the public to participate. The title of the ordinance is: Ordinance 2846 An ordinance annexing to the City of Lake Oswego one parcel consisting of 3.62 acres and the public right-of-way at 900 Atwater Road; declaring City of Lake Oswego Resource Protection (RP) Overlay, Habitat Benefit Area (HBA) and zoning pursuant to LOC 50.01.004.5(a-c); and removing the territory from certain districts (AN 20-0003).
