NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Map amendments file Z0149-20-D. On Tuesday, August 18, 2020, beginning no earlier than 6:30 p.m. the Gladstone Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider amendments pertaining to: re-zoning 1.04 acres of Tax lot 22E17DC00701 from low density residential (R7.2) to Multifamily Residential (MR) to allow the development of additional parking and recreation for the existing Webster Ridge Apartments. Public hearings are usually held in the Council Chambers of Gladstone City Hall, located at 18505 Portland Ave., Gladstone, Oregon. However, per the Governor’s Executive Order 20-16, regarding compliance with Oregon’s public meetings laws, the City of Gladstone is abiding by social distancing requirements during the coronavirus pandemic. This public hearing may be conducted virtually using the Zoom platform. The Zoom link to the public hearing and details on how to observe and testify online, or by telephone will be available after August 11, 2020 on our website: https://www.ci.gladstone.or.us/bc-pc/page/planning-commission-meeting-74. These proposals are subject to the following Chapters of the Gladstone Municipal Code: Chapter 17.68, Amendments and Zone Changes; Chapter 17.94, Hearings; Chapter 17.10 Single-Family Residential District R7.2; and Chapter 17.14 Multi-Family Residential District (MR). These sections of Title 17 of the Gladstone Municipal Code are available online at: https://www.codepublishing.com/OR/Gladstone, or for inspection at Gladstone City Hall and at the Clackamas County Building Services Building, 150 Beavercreek Road, Oregon City, Oregon, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m..
