NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS SCHEDULED ON A PROPOSED CLACKAMAS COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN MAP AMENDMENT AND ZONE CHANGE FROM RURAL RESIDENTIAL FARM FOREST 5-ACRE (RRFF-5) TO RURAL INDUSTRIAL (RI) ZONING The Clackamas County Planning Commission (PC) and the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) will hold public hearings to consider a proposed Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment from Rural to Rural Industrial and accompanying zone change from Rural Residential Farm Forest (RRFF-5) to Rural Industrial (RI) for a .98 acre parcel and a 3.74 adjacent parcel located at 23020 SE Eagle Creek Rd and 23340 SE Eagle Creek Rd (Tax Lots 24E3204901 and 24E3204902).
