NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
A public meeting of the Budget Advisory Committee of the City of Tualatin, Washington/Clackamas Counties, State of Oregon, on the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2013, to June 30, 2014, will be held at the Tualatin Police Department Training Room, 8650 SW Tualatin Road, Tualatin, OR. The meeting will take place on Tuesday May 14th, at 6:00pm.
The purpose is to receive the budget message. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained after May 14, 2013 at the Tualatin City Center offices, 18880 SW Martinazzi Ave. Tualatin, OR, between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm. The budget document, as well as meeting notices, can also be viewed at www.tualatinoregon.gov.
Listed below is the time and place of additional Budget Committee meeting(s) that will be held to take public comment. Any person may appear at the meeting(s) and discuss the proposed budget with the Budget Committee.

TUALATIN URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY
ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT FOR 2012
In accordance with ORS 457.460, notice is given that the annual financial statement of the City of Tualatin’s Urban Renewal Agency has been filed with the Tualatin Development Commission and the City of Tualatin. Below is a summary of the two urban renewal districts in Tualatin, the Central Urban Renewal District and the Leveton Tax Increment District. A complete copy of the report is available at the City of Tualatin.

Both urban renewal districts stopped collecting revenue on June 30, 2010. Accordingly, no taxes were forgone by other taxing jurisdictions in the districts.

NOTICE OF TRANSFER OF REAL PROPERTY
Notice is given that Washington County intends to transfer the following real property to the City of Tualatin, pursuant to Oregon Revised Statute 271.330(2):
2S127A, Tax Lot 00490 – This parcel of land is located on SW Avery Street, in the City of Tualatin, Oregon. This rectangular-shaped parcel is approximately 0.06 acre in size.
A public hearing will be held by the Washington County Board of County Commissioners on February 7, 2012, at 10 a.m. in the Charles D. Cameron Public Services Building located at 155 N First Avenue, Hillsboro, Oregon, to hear any objections to the transfer of property to the City of Tualatin.
More information may be obtained from the Facilities & Parks Services, 169 North First Avenue, Hillsboro, Oregon, or by calling (503) 846-3491. Washington County does not guarantee that any particular use may be made of the property described above. The proposed transfer will move forward unless an objection is received at the public hearing on February 7, 2012.
