REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR STORMWATER

The City of Tualatin requests proposals from qualified consultants to provide professional engineering services to produce a Tualatin Stormwater Master Plan based upon the scope of work contained in the Request for Proposals provided in the Planholder Documents.
Consultants are invited to submit a Proposal outlining their project understanding and approach, communication, availability, project team, experience, quality of service and documentation writing style, completeness and clarity.
Consultants must be registered with the Bid Management System http://bids.tualatin oregon.gov/ to view or print solicitation documents; registration is at no cost. Proposals, in an envelope or box clearly listing the vendor name and solicitation title, Proposal – Stormwater Master Plan, will be received by Dominique Huffman, Project Manager at: 18880 SW Martinazzi Avenue, Tualatin OR 97062, not later than 4:30pm, November 20, 2015.

NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
A public meeting of the Budget Advisory Committee of the City of Tualatin, Washington/Clackamas Counties, State of Oregon, on the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2015, to June 30, 2016, will be held at the Tualatin Police Department Training Room, 8650 SW Tualatin Road, Tualatin, OR. The meeting will take place on Tuesday May 12th, at 6:00 pm.
The purpose is to receive the budget message. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained after May 12, 2015 at the Tualatin City Offices, 18880 SW Martinazzi Ave. Tualatin, OR, between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. The budget document, as well as meeting notices, can also be viewed at www.tualatinoregon.gov.
Listed below is the time and place of additional Budget Committee meeting(s) that will be held to take public comment. Any person may appear at the meeting(s) and discuss the proposed budget with the Budget Committee.

NOTICE OF INTENT TO PURCHASE
RICOH MP C5503 MFP
In accordance with ORS 279B.055(4)(b) and (c) this is notice that the City of Tualatin intends to purchase one (1) Ricoh MP C5503 MFP and supporting accessories to support copy and print services within the City for a 60-month term. This purchase is to be made using the US Communities contract vehicle. The contract is valued at approximately $17,000.
